New version of TFS But Item Synchronizer is getting closer with hoped new features, which includes
- Field value mappings between TFS and QC field values. This allows for example Severity fields be synchronized between these two systems without modifying default list values
- Automatic lookup list synchronization between TFS and QC
- TFS and QC project specific field settings
- Field transition rules for QC defects which allows changing of other fields based on another field
- Defragmenter and statistical utilities to see and fix internal database
- Possibility to update Created By -field in TFS and Defected By -field in QC
These at least and some minor fixes and modifications are on the way.
This version is planned to be released in the next 2-3 weeks.
