OnRoad Test Management

OffRoad is a tool which enables offline usage of HP Quality Center and TestDirector.

OffRoad makes test execution possible in disconnected environments. This means that test planning and analyzing is done fully on the Test Management server, but actual test execution is no longer tied to certain location or network connection.

It allows you to download selected test set, selected defects and requirements to your local computer, execute test cases, add and modify defects and later upload changes back to the server for online analysis.

Users of OffRoad have reported hundreds of hours of saved project working time because of this opportunity. Before OffRoad they have been forced to do double work: first do the testing and report test results to some text file and later on redo the *testing* using Quality Center to get the results into the Test Management server. With the help of OffRoad, they need to do this only once.
